Our Story
The Cup was born from a simple conviction: that a great café should be more than a stop on the way — it should be the destination. Located on E Aultman Street in the heart of Ely, we've created a space where the ritual of coffee is honored and the craft of mixology is celebrated.
Every morning, our baristas pull shots from carefully sourced beans, drawing out flavors that range from bright and floral to deep and chocolatey. As evening falls, the same hands that craft your pour-over become the architects of hand-stirred cocktails, each one balanced with intention and served with care.
